Although we really shine building fully customizable "boutique" instruments and obsessing over the smallest details of builds with our customers, we recognize the need for affordable, streamlined, high quality instruments to supply the working musicians of the world!

With our Texas Classics line, we aim to put instruments oozing with vintage-inspired mojo in the hands of more players worldwide by offering guitars hand-assembled here in Austin, Texas that receive all the love, care and hand-work we give to our normal custom builds, but are built using pre-made necks and inexpensive parts that still meet our standards of quality. Each model has been boiled down to the "essentials" to give all the goodies at a more competitive price point

All Texas Special builds use pre-made necks made from either Maple or Roasted Maple, with 9.5" radius Rosewood or Maple fretboards and medium jumbo frets. Headstocks can be shaped in-house to either our "California," or "Arrowhead" or "TV-Gazer" shapes upon request. Optional block inlays and binding are available on request.
